Exchange and Repair Policy
We do not offer exchanges or returns for items unless the product received is incorrect or damaged in transit (and reported to our team within 3 days of receiving the same).
In the event of a size related exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost involved in the returning of the item, as well as the cost for the resizing of the product. Original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Therefore, please be sure to check the size of the product before you make your purchase.
Repair Policy
Our jewellery is delicate and needs to be handled with care. It cannot be handled roughly due to the inclusion of natural semi – precious gemstone elements which are fragile by themselves. Just like glass can break, delicate jewellery will break too if not handled with care. It is also important to bear in mind that all plated metal does tend to look dull over time, and might lose its original shine. This also depends on environmental factors such as humidity, etc. Hence it is important to take as much care of your Desh Maheshwari jewellery piece as possible by avoiding contact with water / chemicals, or any other hard contact. However, we are happy to repair your item for you. Repairs start at Rs 250 and might increase depending on the extent of the damage. Please be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase.
Discontinued designs cannot be repaired or re-made, especially if it was purchased from us 6 months ago or more.We will however always try our absolute best to repair your damaged piece of Desh Maheshwari jewellery so that it can always be a part of your treasured possessions.
